Take charge of your health and improve your strength, balance, and mobility! Each low-impact session includes standing and seated exercises using resistance bands and light hand weights. This free class is suitable for all older adults (ages 55+). Please check with your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.
Chair Fitness is offered Monday with Jane Anderson, Tuesday with Pat Wyche, & Thursday with Kay Scarborough from 10:30AM – 11:30AM in the Wellness Center.
