Marriage Licenses
Applications for Marriage Licenses are accepted at the Troup County Probate Court between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please arrive no later than 4:15 p.m. in order to allow for adequate time to complete the application.
***This office only issues marriage licenses, we DO NOT marry people. After obtaining a license, it is up to the parties to arrange to have an officiant perform a ceremony.
